Hi Helen!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It's always a pleasure to answer questions from my fellow UK Guests, and moving our current reservations is something we are all looking at right now. I am very happy to see that you are thinking ahead, and wish to move your Walt Disney World Resort holiday booking to 2021. I am not sure whether the free Disney Dining Plan that you had secured for this year will automatically move with your new booking. This is something you will need to discuss with the UK Tour Operator with whom you made your reservation. If this was the Walt Disney Travel Company International, please call UK freephone number 0800 028 0778 to speak with one of our very helpful and knowledgeable Disney Cast Members. If you booked with a different company, please call them direct.
For the previous few years, the offer of free Disney Dining has been made around April, but this year is a little different, and we don't yet know when, or if, any free Dining will be offered to UK Guests. I know that sometimes, for myself, it has not been possible to add the free Dining offer to an existing reservation, and I have had to make a completely new booking to include it. This again, is something you will need to discuss with your Tour Operator, as the Terms & Conditions may vary. Keep watching for any new announcements about free Disney Dining available to us - I know I am ready to book again if they release this offer! For now, you can see all the special offers available,
here.
If you do have free Disney Dining, did you know that you can upgrade your Dining Plan by paying the difference in cost? There are four
Disney Dining Plans available, including the new
Disney Dining Plan Plus which offers even more flexibility with 2 meals per day (of either Table-Service or Quick-Service - you can choose where you use it). This is particularly useful if you want to use 2 Table-Service credits for a meal, with this plan you don't have 'borrow' credits from another day and can just use both of your meal credits from the same day.
Please come back and visit us again if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, and keep your eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and updates on any events that may be happening during your stay.
Sue
