    The plan is to be at MK for the day with dinner at House of Blues at 7:15 pm and return to the park. What time should we leave the park to arrive on time for dinner? What time should we leave the restaurant to get back for the fireworks show?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  As I am unsure of your dates of travel, let me try to help with some basic recommendations.  Not including a potential wait time for a Disney bus, I would say that your journey should take around thirty minutes.  To get to Downtown Disney for dinner, take a bus from Magic Kingdom Park to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  From there you can either walk to Downtown Disney or take another bus.  It is always recommended that you allow around an hour and a half for travel time wherever you are traveling to on property.  This accounts for any wait times you may encounter on your journey.
