Hi there, Hiromu! Welcome back to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with another great question!
As an early bird and a Walt Disney World enthusiast,
Early Theme Park Entry is my favorite perk of staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. It's the best way to start your magical Disney day and hop on your must-do attractions with less time waiting in line. I'm more than happy to help you maximize your magic!
When you check in for Early Entry at the parks, the Cast Member will scan your mode of park admission (MagicBand+, phone, key card, etc.) to check that you're staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, and you will tell them how many people are in your party. As long as the number of people with you at the park isn't greater than the number of people on your Resort reservation, you should be good to go. However, I do highly recommend naming all of the guests in your room on the Resort reservation and linking the reservation to their My Disney Experience account if they have one. And here is why: If someone in your party happens to arrive late or gets separated from the group, they will want to be able to show that they are, in fact, staying at a Disney Resort Hotel to take advantage of those benefits.
Before you link your Resort reservation, make sure that everyone with a My Disney Experience account is linked to your account via your
Family & Friends List. Then, when you link your Resort reservation, the system will allow you to select those guests from your list. And the best part? Once you properly link your guests to the reservation, there is no need for them to also link it. It will already be linked to their accounts for them. Just like bibbidi ... bobbidi ... boo! If you need any help at all, just
call a helpful Cast Member with Tickets and Hotel Reservations. They'll be more than happy to assist you in making your Disney dreams come true.
I hope this helps, Hiromu, and I hope you all have the most magical and memorable time together! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have.
See ya real soon!
Mandy
