We plan to leave our luggage with Bell Services upon our arrival to The Boardwalk Inn the morning of our arrival. Do I give a tip when we drop off luggage or when we pick up luggage or both? Also do I still tip with the modified housekeeping? Thanks

Thanks for brining your question to planDisney, Kraig, where it is truly our pleasure to help Guests like you plan unforgettable vacations!

I, too, have utilized the luggage storage option from Bell Services when my family arrives before our resort room is ready. It’s easy and convenient and allows us to start experiencing the theme parks sooner than later! Though tipping is completely voluntary, I know that these hardworking Cast Members appreciate the gesture when Guests offer a cash gift in appreciation for their services. There really isn’t one right answer here, but etiquette typically dictates that tips are offered when bags are retrieved. Of course, you should feel free to tip both at drop-off and retrieval if you feel you receive service that warrants an extra show of appreciation.

Though it is slightly modified, the housekeeping (or mousekeeping, as some of us like to call it!) service is greatly appreciated by most Guests. Tips are always appreciated for a job well done!

Enjoy your stay at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Kraig!
