    I plan to join a virtual queue on June 5 for me and three members of my family, who appea in my family and friends list. My daughter's 3day pass shows up in My Disney Experience but not my grandson who is 4. Does that cause an issue?

    When it comes to virtual queues, I always make sure everything is set and ready well before my arrival date. Recently, I ran into a similar issue while visiting with friends. As the designated planner for our trips to Walt Disney World Resort, my Family & Friends list is always full. Last week, however, I couldn't see all my fellow Mouseketeers. A quick call to Disney allowed a Cast Member to work their magic and get us linked correctly. It's always a good idea to double-check that everything is practically perfect in every way!

    Bonus tips: For virtual queues, I recommend refreshing the virtual queue page about a minute before 7:00 AM EST. To locate virtual queues, you can search for "Join Virtual Queue" in the search bar, click the "☰" and scroll down and select "Virtual Queue". As soon as you see the “Join” option, click it immediately to secure your spot. I always feel like a genie granting wishes when I snag a spot for my family! There's an upcoming virtual queue for Bluey's Wild World at Conservation Station opening on May 26, 2026. Remember, there's another opportunity to join at 10:00 AM EST. Just make sure you've scanned into Disney's Animal Kingdom before that time. Also, be sure you have a theme park reservation if your ticket requires one, as you won't be able to access the virtual queue without it. I always recommend getting comfortable with the My Disney Experience app so you know exactly where to go when the time comes. This will be the same for Lightning Lane passes as long as you are all linked, you will be good to go.
