    I would like to plan a holiday trip for 2019, have the dates for Pop Warner week been scheduled? If so, what are they?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melinda! Planning the best dates for your family is always an important point to ponder when visiting Walt Disney World Resort! My family likes cooler dates but we contend with school, clubs, family visits and more. There’s a lot to consider!

    Since 1997, the Pop Warner events event have taken place at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, typically during the first full week of December. This year (2018) they started in late November and continued through the December dates. While I have checked the PopWarner.com/championships site for 2019 dates, none are yet listed, but I’m fairly certain they will continue to fall in early December. You can read a lot about 2018’s event on the Disney Parks Blog and see some very cool historical photos from the early years hosted by Disney.

    While you’re in town for your holiday, be sure to stop by the Christmas Tree Trail at Disney Springs, as well as Flurry of Fun in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
