Hi Hattie, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder opens up a whole new world of fun. My family lives close enough to be able to visit just about any time we like, so it was an easy decision to spring for our Passes. We also chose the Florida Resident Seasonal Passes, but as you might have heard, there have been some changes to the
Passholder Program this year and the Seasonal Pass is no longer available. Instead, Guests can now choose from Premier, Premier Plus, Gold and Silver Annual Passes, in addition to Water Parks After 2, Epcot After 4 and Weekday Select Passes. The Silver Annual Pass is the closest equivalent to the former Seasonal Pass, so that may be the best option for you.
Florida residents may also choose to participate in the Monthly Payment Plan, allowing you to pay a down payment on your Annual Passes, and then pay the balance in monthly installments. You can indeed visit a Guest Relations location in any of the Theme Parks or Disney Springs to pay your deposit and set up your monthly plan.
Do note that the Silver Annual Pass and the Monthly Payment Plan are available only for Florida residents. You'll need to show
proof of Florida residency to use the Passes and to establish your monthly payment account.
I hope this helps you plan all those Disney days to come, Hattie. Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions.
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
