I plan to go to WDW in sept 2017. We will be 2 family with two separates rooms. Can we use the same DVD photos?

    Bonjour France,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

If I understand your question correctly, you’re wondering whether two families staying in separate Walt Disney World Resort Hotel rooms can both use the same Memory Maker in order to get unlimited digital downloads of all your Disney PhotoPass Service photos and videos. The answer is yes! Provided all of the members of the family are included in the “Friends & Family” list of the person whose My Disney Experience account has the Memory Maker attached to it, all of your priceless vacation photos will be included!

One small clarification: Memory Maker allows you to download your pictures from the Disney PhotoPass website. It doesn’t include a DVD with all of your photos. While Disney used to offer a DVD (called an Archive Disk) with your photos for an additional fee, I’m not sure whether they offer it anymore. I would recommend contacting Disney PhotoPass for more information if having a DVD is really important to you.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. Et n’oubliez pas que vous pouvez également me poser des questions en français!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
