I plan to go to MK in am, leave park for lunch, and re-enter later in the day. With new park restrictions, can I still do that?

Hey there, Patricia! It's a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney!

You've got a practically perfect plan for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Patricia. Those long days in the theme parks can be really tiring, so it's a great idea to take a break for a little while. There's nothing like a nice lunch and a refreshing dip in the pool back at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel to get you ready to take on the rest of your Disney day!

I'm happy to report that you absolutely can leave and re-enter the same theme park in the same day. You just need your ticket and a Disney Park Pass reservation for your initial entry into the Magic Kingdom Park, and you're welcome to enjoy the park on your own schedule.

Patricia, while you're putting the finishing touches on your vacation plans, you can get even more tips and advice from your planDisney pals on our Panel Extras page and on Instagram at @plandisneypanel. It's a fun way to keep up with the very latest goings-on at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

I hope this helps you plan an amazing adventure for your family, Patricia! Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
