We plan to go to Epcot on Christmas day. We planned to stay back at the hotel and celebrate our Christmas and waiting till around 10:30am to go to Epcot. Will we have trouble getting in at that time or is there a time when the park is too full?

Hello Mary!  Christmas is one of the busiest days at Disney - the crowds will most likely be at peak levels.  However, it's hard to predict how soon the parks will reach capacity but it is quite possible that this can happen by noon (or earlier).  My advise would be to get to any park you may visiting during the busy holiday period as early in the day as possible.  The good news is Epcot is a bigger park so it will take longer (in theory) to reach capacity levels.

I hope your holiday vacation is truly magical! Diane
