Hi, I would like to plan our first trip to disney on august 2016.Can you tell me if mid-august is on hight season? Do you think I have chance to see Anna and Elsa with fastpass book 60 day before?

    Bonjour Catherine,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question!

I’ve travelled to Walt Disney World Resort several times in mid-to-late August and I find that, although it’s still rather hot outside, the summer crowds start to dissipate somewhat as more and more kids return to school throughout the month. If you have to visit in the summer when your kids are out of school, mid-to-late August is probably your best bet!

Although I can’t confirm that Anna and Elsa will still be meeting Guests at Princess Fairytale Hall at Magic Kingdom Park in August 2016, given how popular the Arendelle sisters are, it’s a safe bet that they will be meeting Guests somewhere in Walt Disney World Resort at that time, possibly even at the new Frozen attraction in Epcot! If FastPass+ is available for their character greeting at that time, your best chance to meet them would be to make sure that you’ve included this attraction among your FastPass+ selections when your 60-day window opens, if you’re staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

I hope my answer helps you and please don’t hesitate to come back and ask us any other questions you may have!

    Have a Magical Day,
