I want to plan a family vacation for us for about three days in Orlando and mostly want to see the magic kingdom... Will probably get passes, but have no idea what hotel to stay at and what things I can do with the wee little ones. THanks

    Hi Melissa!

Where do I begin!  You will want to start out by looking into hotels.  Take a look at the value resorts.  These resorts are a great place to stay while on a budget and the little kids LOVE the theme.  My son loves the All Star Movies because he can see a giant Mowgli from the Jungle Book at one of the buildings.  The Art of Animation Resort looks AWESOME and will be opening this year in May.

I see you are a Florida Resident!  There are some great deals going on right now for Florida Resident tickets.  The Wild for 3 Pass is a great deal, you get 3 days of Disney parks for $99.  Adding a day to the pass is only $30 more.  Looking for annual passes?  The monthly payment program for annual passes is an exclusive benefit for Florida residents as well.  Take a look at all of the ticket options available to you and decide which is best suited for your family.

Magic Kingdom is my favorite place to take my kids.  There are tons of attractions for the littlest ones as well as for big kids like us!  Our favorite family rides are Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion.  These both have no height requirement, so we can ride together as a family.  Take a look at all of the attractions at the Magic Kingdom HERE and then filter by height requirement on the left.  This will give you a good idea of which rides your family can go on based on the ages and heights of your children.

    Have a magical day!
