How can I plan a family trip with more than 8 adults?

Hello, Sandra! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by to see us! I commend you for making Disney dreams a reality for yourself and your loved ones, from one planner to another! Plus, Walt Disney World is not just a destination for children. An adults-only large trip will be so much fun!

To book for a large group, you need to remember that Disney Vacation Packages are booked by Resort Hotel room. So, first, you need to determine how many rooms you need, then you book each room individually, naming each person who will be staying in each room. If you prefer, each “party” can make their own reservation individually, or you can make them all yourself by listing each member of your travel party within your My Disney Experience Account.

When it comes to making plans for a large party, you’ll want to gauge everyone’s priorities and allow some flexibility for smaller groups to make plans of their own. The handy Tickets & Visit Guide makes it easy to see recommended attractions by age group and interest and is a great place to start! You will be visiting during a beautiful time of year and will be able to experience the beautiful holiday decor in full swing! If we can help add any other magical touches to your vacation plans, do not hesitate to come back and see us again soon. It would be our pleasure to hEAR from you again!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
