Hello there, Kathy!
Large multigenerational Disney Cruise Line vacations are what my family does best. Your family is so lucky to have you leading the planning. For the most part, my family would always do our own favorite activities during the day and meet up all together for dinner.
The
Disney Cruise Line website allows Guests to reserve up to four staterooms online. If you find yourself needing an extra stateroom, I recommend calling a friendly
Disney Cruise Line Cast Member to help you book your stateroom. If you don’t want to make all of the reservations yourself,
your group could book their own staterooms, and you can link the reservations once they’ve all been made. Linking your reservations means that you’ll get to eat dinner together and book activities with each other.
If you take the second approach, you can link the reservations by selecting “Add Reservations” next to your reservation number. From there, you’ll be prompted to add the other Guests’ last names, birthdates, and reservation numbers. Once you’ve completed this step, you’ll have the same dinner seating and be able to plan activities together.
Our family would always use mealtimes to go through the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to discuss what activities we wanted to do throughout the day. Here’s a pro tip: Go through the activities on the app to select your favorite activities. You’ll get a notification to remind you about when these activities are happening.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
