Hiya, Bob! Welcome to planDisney. I’m excited to help you as you plan your trip to
The Happiest Place on Earth. Let’s get started.
Purchasing a
Park Hopper Ticket is a cinch. Go to
Disneyland.com on your computer and hover over “Tickets and Parks” and then click “Buy Theme Park Tickets.” Scroll down to see the Standard Ticket option and… wait, what is that?! Wow, that
Kids’ Summer Ticket Offer is a smokin’ deal! Could we consider an extra trip this summer? That deal can’t be beat for kids 3 - 9 years old. Anyway, click “Standard Theme Park Ticket" and the number of days you want to visit the parks. You can then indicate how many kids and how many adult tickets you’d like to purchase. The single-day and park hopper options then pop up, followed by the day you’d like to visit and which park you’d like to start your visit in. This sets your reservation. Follow the prompts to pay, and you’re all set.
You can also purchase tickets on your
Disney Mobile App. Just click the (☰) on the first screen, then “My Tickets and Passes.” Press the (+) in the upper right corner, and then “Buys Tickets.” From there, it’s basically the same as the website.
Bob, visiting Disneyland Resort with a 7-year-old is going to be a blast. Be sure to use the Disneyland Mobile App to find the right attractions for your mouseketeer. Go to the park map in the app and click the filter button to find rides by location, thrill factor, and height requirement. Then you can check the ride times and go for it. Sometimes waiting in long lines is a drag for a youngster, so consider purchasing a
Lightning Lane Multipass when you purchase your tickets to cut down on ride times.
Bob, I hope you have an awesome visit! Come on back to
planDisney with any other planning questions you have. Have a magical day!
