    I would like to plan a Disney cruise vacation I was thinking about staying at a Disney resort on the day we arrive question is will I be able to use the magic Disney express to go to the ship?

    Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hear that you're interested in planning a Disney Cruise Line cruise! When we take Disney Cruises, we stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel as often as possible before setting sail. This not only gives our vacation extra magic by having the opportunity to play in the parks, but it also alleviates the worry of a delayed flight causing us to miss the cruise! When we do plan a Disney Vacation by Land and Sea, we always use Disney Cruise Line's Ground Transportation from our Resort hotel to the Cruise Terminal!

    Once you book your cruise, you will be able to add ground transportation from your Walt Disney World Resort hotel to Port Canaveral and then from Port Canaveral to the Orlando International Airport after you disembark the ship! The ground transportation is not included in your cruise fare and currently costs an additional $35.00 per person each way. One of my favorite perks about utilizing this service is that your luggage will be picked up from your Resort room and "magically" arrive outside your stateroom door on the ship! In my opinion, it's absolutely worth the money and starts your cruise off to a smooth-sailing start!

    Rocio, once you're ready, you can add ground transportation to your cruise by calling the agents at Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532; this must be done at least three days before your cruise sails. Please don't hesitate to visit us again with any questions while you begin planning your voyage on the high seas with Captain Mickey and his friends!
