Hi, there!
Chelsea, I'm so excited to hear about your upcoming vacation. You are sure to have a magical stay!
Taking an infant to the theme parks definitely requires some additional planning. You'll want to be sure to pack a diaper bag with all your baby's essentials and a stroller, of course, is a must-have! I'm glad to hear you'll be taking advantage of the complimentary
bus transportation. It's just one of the many
benefits of staying at a Disney Resort hotel! You are most certainly welcome to take your stroller and your baby's car seat onto the bus with you. There are a few things to keep in mind, though. Strollers must be folded prior to boarding. While waiting in line for a bus to arrive, my husband and I always keep our kids in the stroller until the very last moment. When the bus pulls up, the kids hop out and then we collapse the stroller. And while you may take your baby's car seat onto the bus, the baby may not be
in the car seat. There is no place to secure a car seat on the buses, so the safest place for your little one is on your lap.
Did you know there's a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? Every Baby Care Center features a nursing room, changing room, living-room area, kitchen, and on-site shop with baby items available for purchase. We once ran out of diapers for our baby during a day at Magic Kingdom Park, and boy were we glad we could buy more at the Baby Care Center!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Chelsea. Please let me know if you have any other questions about visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your precious little one!
