Where can I plan dinner for a cheerleading team, approximately 25 people, girls ages 11-16?

Hey there, Christina. Give me a great big P-I-X-I-E-D-U-S-T to celebrate your upcoming trip to the most magical place on Earth! As a former cheerleader myself, I know from experience how hard your group of athletes has worked to perfect their routines. They've definitely earned the chance to enjoy some great meals during their time at Walt Disney World.

Dining reservations can be booked up to 60-days prior to your arrival. The online reservation system allows you to view what is available and choose a time that works best for you. Booking online is my preferred method because I enjoy being able to see and choose from what is available. If you prefer, you can also call a Cast Member at 407-824-1391 and get a hand in booking your reservations. Either way, here are some tips to keep in mind:
    • Searching for reservations during a general timeframe (search lunch, for example, instead of 11:30 am) will probably yield more availability.
    • You may need to split your large party into smaller groups in order to find a dining time.
    • If you do split your large group into two or three smaller groups, just be sure to book reservations at the same time and location for each smaller group. When you arrive for the meal, tell the hostess that you wish to dine together and they'll do everything they can to group your tables as closely as possible.
    • Be prepared to make your dining reservations 60 days in advance at 6:00am.
Some of my favorite spots for dining with a large group include Biergarten Restaurant, Whispering Canyon Cafe, and Chef Mickey's

I hope these tips help your group score some great restaurant reservations, Christina. Go, team!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
