Evan from PA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello! I want to plan a day with hubby just the two of us so I went to book aunty's for the kids, but when I go to book it, it says one of the guest must be the primary contact? How can I be the primary without technically being a guest at auntys?

Aloha Evan and welcome to planDisney! As Moana said, there's a whole ocean at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, how wonderful that you'll soon be swimming in the waves and feeling the sand on your feet! It's the perfect place to make memories that will last a lifetime.

My family had a magical stay at Aulani Resort a year ago and we dream of returning. There is so much to see and do but one of my daughters' highlights was spending time at Aunty's Beach House, a fun kids club where children can explore Hawai'i culture, music, and art. Aunty's Beach House is for kids ages 4-12. Most of the activities Aunty's Beach House offers are free but there are also select experiences that are available for an additional fee.

Evan, I spoke with an Aulani Cast Member today who helped talk me through the Pre-Registration and Reservations for Aunty's Beach House. Pre-registration is completed between 2-90 days before your arrival. You'll be asked to complete the Parent or Guardian information in addition to your child's information. Once this step is completed, you can complete the Reservation form after selecting the date and/or activity. The Reservation form requires the information of the Guest who is receiving the service (in this case, the attendee) but you will include the phone number and email address of the Parent or Guardian. These will be matched up with Pre-Registration form. On the day of the activity, I recommend giving yourself a bit of extra time so your child's Registration can be completed.

There are so many fantastic activities for your children to explore such as the Keiki Cove Splash zone and Menehune Bridge in the Waikolohe Valley pool area, the Volcanic Vertical (an enclosed, extreme body slide), and the Tubestone Curl (an open-air tube adventure that can be ridden either solo or with a partner) that empty right into the Waikolohe Stream (the lazy river). You'll also find the colorful Rainbow Reef just around the corner where you can snorkel and feed the fish. The pool area is steps from the beach and if you're feeling adventurous, you can rent paddle boards and other equipment from Makiki Joe's. Don't forget, if you're an eligible DVC Member, you can benefit from discounts at this location.

Evan, I hope this information helps you with your planning. Please come back to planDisney if you have any more questions. Have a magical vacation on the beautiful island of Oʻahu!

A Hui Hou, (this means until we see each other again in Hawaiian)
