Welcome to planDisney, Nadir.
How exciting that you have an upcoming visit to
Magic Kingdom Park. I firmly believe this is the best theme park in Walt Disney World for children. So many fantastic attractions have no height restriction, making it ideal for families with Mouseketeers.
Some of my personal favorites are: "it's a small world," Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Jungle Cruise, Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, Mad Tea Party, Enchanted Tales with Belle, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Peter Pan's Flight. There are also magical shows, like
Happily Ever After and the
Festival of Fantasy Parade. You're in for a zip-a-dee-doo-dah time!
Nadir, children under the age of 3 are considered "Guests of Mickey" and, therefore, don't need a theme park ticket. However, since the child you mentioned is 3 years old, she is required to have a ticket for kids aged 3-9. These are slightly cheaper than adult tickets. Disney doesn't ask for proof of age. This is done on an honor-based system. However, the policy is that your daughter will need a
ticket.
I know that's not the answer you wanted to hear, Nadir. Despite the disappointing news, I trust you'll still have an enchanting time.
