    Hello, Kristen!

Welcome to planDisney with such a great question! Can you believe that you will be at the Walt Disney World Resort in less than 3 weeks? You have picked a great time of year to visit. You will be able to join in the 50th Anniversary Celebration and enjoy all the new experiences created just for the festivities.

I am so glad that you have included the Park Hopper Option in your plans. Not only will you be able to visit more than one park per day, but you will get to take in the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. I have enjoyed this festival at EPCOT many times and the kids in my family have always enjoyed the display of butterflies at Bambi’s Butterfly House. Your tastebuds will also enjoy the offerings in the Outdoor Kitchens. You will have an amazing time during the first part of your day at EPCOT.

You are correct that you can Park Hop after 2:00 PM, providing there is availability at the park you are Park Hopping to. If there is no availability, you will receive a notification in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Park Hopping will also allow you to see one of the special displays created just for the 50th Anniversary Celebration. Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection is made up of 50 golden sculptures placed in all 4 theme parks. Your mission is to find them all while enjoying the celebration. Remember to make sure that you visit EPCOT before you park hop to either the Magic Kingdom or Disney’s Hollywood Studios after 2:00 PM.

I hope this helps with your plans. You are going to have such a magical time.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
