    I plan to buy tickets to Disneyland California with Genie+ for my whole family, 6 adults and 3 children. How do I make sure they get their tickets.

    Hello there, Steven! We are so happy to have you stop by planDisney to ask us a question about your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort.

    I have to say I think you are on the right track for planning your upcoming visit by planning to purchase tickets that include Disney Genie+. Once you have purchased your tickets from Disneyland's website, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your purchased tickets. There will be a Ticket ID number for each eTicket and you can share that ID number with each person for their ticket. They will use that ID number to link their ticket to their Disney account.

    If you are all visiting together, I actually also recommend that one person link all of the tickets to their Disney account in the Disneyland app. This will make using Disney Genie+ a little bit easier for your group. This will allow that person to quickly go and make a Lightning Lane selection for the whole group in one step. Everyone can also link their ticket to their own or their family's Disney account in the app so that if they choose to separate from the group they will have access to their tickets.
