Building a custom astromech droid unit in
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is such a unique and fun experience! My son had the best time picking out the colors and all of the parts that went into building his R-Series droid.
You will need to reserve your experience at the
Droid Depot using a credit card. However, when you arrive for your experience, you may use a different form of payment including cash. You also could use the same credit card you used to book your appointment, a
Disney Gift Card, or a
Disney Visa Card (which is my preferred method of payment) so I can earn Disney Rewards Dollars.
While you're in a galaxy far, far away, I highly recommend sampling some of the delicious drinks and snacks they have to offer. The
Milk Stand is a favorite stop of ours, a Blue Milk is a great way to tide us over in between meals. If we're a bit hungrier, then we're heading to
Ronto Roasters for a Ronto Wrap, which is a yummy grilled pork sausage wrapped up in a pita with roasted pork, peppercorn sauce, and slaw. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
