Hi there, if I want to plan a breakfast at Ohana, how would I get there from Pop Century? Or even from pop to the contemporary resort?

Hey Howd Hey Jenn and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you for stopping by with your question about transportation to your dining reservation. 'Ohana is our family's favorite place to grab breakfast before a day in the parks and we have been there many times. I will be happy to share a few ways to get to your reservation.

The first way to get from the starting point of Disney's Pop Century Resort to any of the Magic King Resorts, including Disney's Polynesia Village and Disney's Contemporary Resorts, would be with Disney's Resort Transportation. You can easily take a bus from Pop Century to Magic Kingdom. From there, the Contemporary Resort is a short walk or monorail ride. You will also have the ability to catch either the monorail or take a relaxing boat ride to the Polynesian Resort if you do plan a morning at 'Ohana for breakfast.

The big thing to keep in mind with resort transportation is the time of your reservation and the time transportation begins operations. Disney Resort Transportation begins operations 45 minutes before the parks open. So say Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00 a.m., Early Theme Park Entry starts at 8:30 a.m. so transportation would begin at 7:45 a.m. on that morning.

The other option you would have is a direct ride from Pop Century to any destination onsite with Disney's Minnie Van Service. This is Disney's ride-share option that you can book through the Lyft app and ride in style to any destination on Walt Disney World property. This option is an extra fee but it does provide shorter ride times on transportation and may be the way to go with early breakfast times.

No matter your destination, if you are planning on a breakfast reservation at any of the Magic Kingdom Resorts, you are in for a fantastic meal. Make sure to take some time to roam around and check out the grounds of the resorts. Over at the Polynesian Resort, you can visit Pineapple Lani which is one of the few places you can get a DOLE Whip outside of Magic Kingdom. You can also enjoy a stroll through the Contemporary while the monorail operates right above you inside the resort!

I hope you have a Magical vacation and enjoy your time resort hopping. Please feel free to stop back with any other questions you may have, we are always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
