I plan on booking a vacation pack of a hotel stay, dining plan, & park tickets for a Dec 2011 trip? Do I need a credit card to make the reservation or can I use my Visa Debit card & if I can use my debit card will I need to prepay for the entire va

    Hi Brittany!

Disney World at Christmas time is sooo magical!  Your debit card will work just like your credit card when you book your reservation.  Whether you book online at www.disneyworld.com or by calling 1-407-WDISNEY, you may use your card.  You will just need the actual number on the card, the expiration date, billing address, the name on the card and they may ask for the security code located on the back of your card.

If you book a Walt Disney World Vacation PACKAGE, your debit card will be charged $200 and your balance will be due 45 days before your vacation date.  However, if you book your reservation as a room only stay, you will be charged for one night of your stay and the balance will be due upon arrival.  Whatever payment method that you choose, you may also pay whatever amount you would like before you arrive.  For instance, if you would like to pay a little each month until the balance is due, you may most certainly do so!  Have a wonderful vacation!
