I plan on booking a trip in the future for my family. Combined we exceed most room capacities but I wanted to know how accommodating Disney is to making sure our rooms would be relatively close to one another? Would I need to call to confirm this?

    Hi Jordyn!

Hooray for planning a group adventure! We often travel with extended family and friends because, well, the more the merrier. Especially when it comes to Disney!

I definitely recommend calling Disney Reservations once you have made the reservations and asking a Cast Member to link them together in the system. You can then also request to have the rooms close to each other. As I said, we've visited several times with multiple rooms and after doing this, we've always been close together. Although Disney will do their best to meet your request, please be aware that they are not able to guarantee it.

Have a wonderful time planning your magical adventure. We hope to see you again if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family: graduations, pregnancies, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, reunions, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon. I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help add a little extra Pixie Dust to your next magical adventure. Learn More About Lauren
