Hi Lynn,
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I have taken some
tours at Walt Disney World, and I have found them to be both informative and entertaining. Let me share with you a couple of my favorites that I think your family will enjoy.
At Magic Kingdom, consider
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour. This experience includes time both in the theme park and backstage, including a trip into the famous Utilidors beneath the theme park! At Epcot, look at
World Showcase: DestiNations Discovered. On this tour, I learned about the pavilions of World Showcase, and was able to go backstage to get a unique perspective on some of the pavilions. Both of these tours are five hours long and include lunch, and I found the tour guides to be very knowledgeable and wonderful at answering guest questions.
There are a couple of other unique experiences available. If you are looking for a shorter tour, consider
Behind the Seeds at Epcot, where you get an up-close look at the greenhouses at the Land pavilion. Finally, one of my favorite special experiences at Walt Disney World is the
Wild Africa Trek. On this adventure, you get to cross rope bridges and see the animals on Kilimanjaro Safaris from a different vantage point.
