    Plan to attend MNSSHP on Oct 18th. If weather cooperates will do a water park that morning/afternoon. The party starts at 7pm but surely they start admitting people before 7pm. What is the earliest you can be admitted to MK with the MNSSHP ticket only.

    I have experienced Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party several times, and I have truly loved every minute of it. The official start time is 7:00 PM; however, I have arrived for the party about 5:00 PM in the past, and was able to get in. Having said that, this is not the norm and everything is subject to change. I hope this helps.
