    Hi! We plan to attend Disney World in October (9-15) 2016. I want to know if the Jedi Training or any other Star Wars attractions open during this time.

    Hello Amy,

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are big fans of Star Wars in my family too, and we're looking forward to all of the exciting new Star Wars experiences that are coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios! Although there are lots of "out of this world" experiences to come, you'll be glad to know that Guests who are Star Wars fans can still "use the Force" every day in the Park. 

    You can meet Chewbacca and Kylo Ren at Star Wars Launch Bay and also explore special exhibits and get a behind the scenes look at Star Wars: The Force Awakens. You can launch into hyperspace on Star Tours - The Adventure Continues and then train to be a Jedi at Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple. You can then end your day by watching Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Spectacular; the nightly fireworks show set to Star Wars music. Starting this month there will also be a stage show called Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away and The March of the First Order Stormtrooper procession led by Captain Phasma that will take place in the Park multiple times each day.
