Greetings, Sheryl!
Welcome to planDisney, friend! I am so very glad that you stopped by with your question. It sounds as if your planning is off to a great start. Pre-arrival registration for
Disability Access Service is a great way to get a head start on your vacation planning. Registering in advance means you can head off to the parks for the best day ever, without spending vacation time registering in the parks. Here is all you need to know about adding Guests to your DAS before you arrive!
When you
Pre-Register online, you will be able to add the other members of your travel party during the call. They will not need to be present unless they are also applying for the Disability Access Service. Here are a few examples of who needs to be present during a registration call.
- You are applying for DAS for yourself. You will be the only Guest that needs to be on the call. You will be able to add the rest of your travel party during the registration process.
- You are applying for a DAS on behalf of someone else that will be the Guest utilizing the service. Both the Guest receiving the DAS and you will need to be on the call.
- Multiple Guests in your party are requesting Disability Access Service. Each Guest will need to call in to complete the registration and add the DAS to their My Disney Experience account.
Before your Pre-Registration, be sure to create your
My Disney Experience account. Each Guest in your travel party should also create an account and
link them to your account. This will allow the Cast Member assisting you with your registration to add the pass to your account and link your family & friends to your DAS.
Once you have completed the DAS registration and added your travel party to your pass, they will be able to enter the designated queue with you. It is important to remember that the Guest who holds the DAS will need to ride the attraction with the group.
I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
Tammy
