We plan on going to Animal Kingdom 1st thing Sun., 6/8. We have reservations at the Tuskar House at 10:25. What time should we plan on getting to the parking lot and making it for a safari at 9:00. How long is the safari?(1st trip-staying outside of park)

The Safari itself takes about 20 minutes, give or take a few depending on whether there's a rhino stopped on the jeep path (really).  Tusker House is just steps away from the Safari, so if you're on an early trek, you'll have no trouble at all making your breakfast.

I would be in the parking lot 45 minutes or so before park opening time. You're going to need to get from the lot to the entrance, then you'll have to go through security and the entrance area. If all goes well, you'll be there significantly before park opening. You might be waiting there a bit, but that's OK because this means you will be near the front of the pack of people heading toward the Africa area of the Animal Kingdom and the Safari.

And when you get to Tusker House, give Donald a hug from me :-)
