Hi there Janine, thanks for coming back to planDisney!
One thing I have learned over all of my family's trips to the "Happiest Place on Earth" is that there are several ways that you can save money during your vacation. My first recommendation would be to explore the Disney-approved
Good Neighbor Hotel Vacation Packages. We love to conveniently bundle our theme park tickets and hotel stay together, and we always choose a hotel that offers a
free breakfast for Guests. Not only does it save money, but it's a great time-saver in the morning to grab a quick breakfast to enjoy on your walk to the parks!
Did you know you can also bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the parks? You can check the
list of what is not permitted to bring into the parks, but you could pack sandwiches or snacks to tide you over between meals, as well as bring a reusable water bottle that you can refill throughout the day.
We also do not feel the need to sit down at a table service restaurant each trip, and those meals can get expensive. The Disneyland Resort offers so many great
quick service dining locations, we're always craving one of our favorite meals or snacks from places like
Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland Park, or
Pym Test Kitchen in Disney California Adventure Park. A classic Mickey pretzel or the butter popcorn from the popcorn carts are some delicious and affordable snacks to enjoy throughout the day!
I hope these tips and tricks are helpful as you plan your magical vacation, Janine! If I can help with any other questions, please do not hesitate to
follow-up with me directly.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
