Hi Kelley! I have a three year old grandson and he has quite a long list of favorites at Walt Disney World!
The Magic Kingdom park has probably the most rides and attractions to suit a toddler. Fantasyland is the main draw as well as Toontown. Here your child can experience their first roller coaster ride on the Barnstormer (if they are 35 inches tall). Other wonderful rides in this park include Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Country Bear Jamboree, Tomorrowland Speedway, and Tom Sawyer's Island. This is not a complete list by any means.
For EPCOT we recommend Turtle Talk with Crush, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Imagination, and the boat ride in the Mexico Pavilion.
Favorites at Hollywood Studios include Playhouse Disney, Little Mermaid, Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set, and Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage show.
Animal Kingdom is often a favorite park for the toddler group as there are many walking paths to view different animals such as the gorillas and tigers. The children usually sit in awe of the animals on the Safari Ride and want to dance along during the Lion King Show.
You can make a great list of rides and attractions appropriate to young children by clicking
HERE, then clicking on RECOMMENDED AGES at the bottom left, and then PRE-SCHOOLERS. This will bring up all appropriate rides for that age children.
If possible reserve a character dining experience for you while you are there. It is often the best and easiest place to have a character picture and autograph. You can see the list of these on the website as well. Remember to book dining 90 days out from your arrival date as they do book up quickly.
