Are there any places to get personalized letter/wall art of your kids name? In particular Star Wars painted letters....

I love singing “The Name Game” song, Becky! Becky, Becky, Bo-ecky… ok, I’ll stop singing! There are several places at Walt Disney World to get personalized art, and one in particular to get wall art made of your name!

Just recently, during Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts, Nameworks had a pavilion where you could have your name transformed into art, featuring any number of  themes Disney-related goodness.  Previously, they had a stand at Disney Springs Marketplace, but closed temporarily. Hopefully, they will be back at Disney Springs in time for your vacation. You can always check on their Facebook page (@nameworks) for updates on their location at the Resort or see some of their featured styles. My particular favorite is the undersea style featuring Flounder!

If the art stand hasn’t quite reopened yet, you have other options for personalized gifts. A classic Mickey Ears Hat from Magic Kingdom Park is the perfect personalized souvenir to last a lifetime, or you can Yo-Ho-Ho with pirates and a personalized leather cuff bracelet. It may not be name-based, but I adore the silhouettes of my children I had made last summer by Mr. Jim (he’s the absolute BEST) in Liberty Square. They hang in my front hall and are doubly special.

If I can help hunt down any other souvenirs for you, Becky, please let me know! ~Lindsey P.
