You've touched on one of my absolute favorite aspects of any Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Lana: dining! And yes, you absolutely can enjoy a fabulous meal in each of Disney's theme parks without a dining reservation. Let me suggest a few favorites for you.
Animal Kingdom is home to one of the best options for fast casual dining, if you ask me.
Satu'li Canteen, located within
Pandora - The World of Avatar serves up delicious bowl-based menu options that satisfy just about any appetite. I can personally recommend the Chopped Wood-Grilled Chicken Bowl as a yummy lunch or dinner treat. If you've got a sweet tooth, the Blueberry Cream Cheese Mousse is also a must.
Flame Tree Barbecue is another great option for quick service dining in Animal Kingdom.
At EPCOT, I'm a huge fan of
La Cantina de San Angel. If you like margaritas, grab an authentic one from
La Cava del Tequila and take it across the way to La Cantina de San Angel where you can enjoy delicious Mexican flavors by the water's edge.
Sunshine Seasons is another great choice that doesn't require a reservation.
If you're visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios,
The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge gives guests a chance to enjoy some of the same menu items as are available in the main restaurant, without requiring a reservation. The patio is a great place to relax and enjoy a light meal, too. We try to visit there at least once each trip.
Magic Kingdom, too, has some tasty options for you.
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café serves up a classic menu with items like burgers and chicken nuggets. Or, if you're closer to Frontierland,
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe is an alternative.
Of course, Disney Springs has a wide selection of great spots as well. One of my favorites,
The Polite Pig, doesn't require reservations and is super yummy!
Whether you choose to book reservations, or eat your way around Disney at a less scheduled pace, you'll find something to indulge your taste buds. Happy exploring, Lana!
