Generally, most places where a regular credit card can be used will accept Disney gift cards as a method of payment.
The only places that usually do not accept credit cards or gift cards are some of the food kiosks around the Parks.
Other than that, the Disney gift card is a perfect method of payment for food, merchandise and even Park tickets!
Now, if you allow me, I'd love to make a recommendation...
Have you considered purchasing a Main Street Electrical Parade dining package?
As you may know, the
Main Street Electrical Parade has returned to the Disneyland Resort for a limited time (it will fade away on June 18)!
Currently, there are
two different dining packages available that promise a delightful meal and vouchers for a reserved viewing area. One of those offers a delicious 3-course pre-fixe dinner at the
Blue Bayou Restaurant. The other is a yummy on-the-go meal that you pick up at Aladdin's Oasis.
Both packages are great if you want to enjoy a nice meal and a great view of this iconic parade. You can check them out by visiting Disneyland.com or calling (714) 781-DINE.
