Hi Marianne!
Thanks for cruising on over to planDisney! See the line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me. . .and you too! When it's time to end a Disney Cruise, a
placeholder is the perfect way to cheer me up because I know another trip will be waiting on the horizon. Not only do we get to cruise again, but we can cruise at a discounted rate!
Marianne, when you paid your deposit for your placeholder reservation, you should have received an email containing your confirmation number and details about the reservation. Unfortunately, the details shared in the email state that your placeholder reservation and discount cannot be combined with any other discount or used for certain rates, including VGT.
It sounds like you found a great deal on a potential cruise vacation with one of the
current special offers. Since I'm always looking for an excuse to cruise again, maybe you could book the current special offer and use your placeholder on another cruise. You might even see if you could line up a back-to-back sailing with one of the cruises at the special offer rate and the other using your placeholder discount. Or, you may choose to save your placeholder for some of the
new summer 2025 itineraries that were just released. With the addition of the
Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point this summer and the
Disney Treasure setting sail in December, the future is bright for Disney Cruise Line!
Marianne, adventure is out there - and so is your next Disney Cruise Line vacation! I hope you have a wonderful time exploring all of the available itineraries and planning your trip. Please feel free to stop by planDisney again if there are any other vacation planning questions we can help answer for you!
SEA ya real soon!
