    I placed an order for our personalized magic band+ on 8/31 and was charged but never received a confirmation email. We are now 12 business days later and order says in progress still.

    Dan, by accessing the My MagicBands and Cardsordering and managing status beneath the My Disney Experience planning tab once signed into your Disney account, you will be able to monitor your order status and view your pre-purchased and customized MagicBand+ devices for yourself and for each member of your travel party on your existing Disney Resort Hotel reservation. For further inquiries and direct support, I highly recommend contacting Walt Disney World Resort – My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ as soon as possible.

    Accessing and experiencing even more Disney magic through your MagicBand+ devices is one method via Disney MagicMobile Service for Guests, not to mention the many benefits and conveniences you will enjoy as a Guest of a Disney Resort Hotel such as complimentary Walt Disney World Resort Transportation and the ability to secure advance Disney Dining Reservations 60-days before your visit, plus for your entire stay up to 10 nights and much more!

    Tips:
    Download the My Disney Experience App to manage your plans before and during your visit, to track your MagicBand+ order status and to enjoy many features designed to enhance your visit, such as Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering to save time waiting in lines by ordering your Quick-Service meal ahead of time.

    While on the topic of saving time in lines, you will be able to purchase and manage the Disney Genie+ Service via the app to further streamline your theme park touring! Not only that, but as a Guest of a Disney Resort Hotel you will be able to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane at 7:00 AM ahead of non-Disney Resort Hotel Guests who will be able to purchase theirs at standard theme park opening.
