My Disney Experience is an incredible planning tool. I love that I can use it to keep all my reservations in one place and conveniently add, modify, or cancel plans in my family's itinerary. Every once in a while, though, Stitch gets into the system and causes a little glitch which makes the planning process less than easy peasy. To answer your question, I logged in to my My Disney Experience account on both the mobile app and the
Walt Disney World Resort website. I added a note and then clicked on the pencil icon to modify it, but I came across the same issue you're experiencing. Clicking on the pencil icon did not give me any options on the app or the website. Looks like Stitch is up to no good again! If you'd like to modify or cancel a note you made in error, my best advice is to call the My Disney Experience line at (407) 939-4357. The experts there can access your account and help you sort out your vacation plans!
