    Hello! I had placed the complimentary hold on a vacation pkg to WDW but I never put money down. I received the email from WDW saying they could not hold our reservation w/o the deposit, then 2 weeks later got the Magic+ Incredible USB box by mail. Why?

         Disney is currently testing and rolling out My Magic + in Walt Disney World.  It may be that since you expressed an interest in a Walt Disney World vacation, that a My Magic + Incredible USB Box was mailed out to your home.  This new My Magic + USB may be taking the place of the Vacation Planning CD/DVD that was given to Guests who were interested in planning a Walt Disney World vacation in previous years. I would encourage you to connect the USB to your computer and view the contents.

    I hope that you do book a Walt Disney World vacation in the near future!
