    Is there a place within the Disney Property to obtain a car rental for a day.

    Hi Cynthia! There are actually two locations you can obtain a rental car on Disney property.  National and Alamo service both sites.

    National/Alamo at the Car Care Center (near Magic Kingdom)

    Hours*: Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    Hours*: 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day


    I have used the Car Care Center, simply because the hours were longer and I tend to stay at a resort in the Magic Kingdom area.  It has its own shuttle that will take you to any park or resort on property. (They'll also pick you up at your resort.) Just call and schedule your pick-up.  Very convenient.
