Hiya, Denisse, and welcome to planDisney: the place where planning Disney dream vacations come true.
Oh,
Disney Springs, a jewel of Walt Disney World Resort for
entertainment,
shopping,
watercraft fun, and delicious
dining experiences. No Walt Disney World Resort trip is complete without a stroll through over 100 stores on Lake Buena Vista.
While there are no storage facilities at Disney Springs, you do have other options. My recommendation, which we have done many times, is to drop your luggage off with
Bell Services at our Resort hotel.
Disney's Art of Animation Resort will gladly accept your bags at Bell Services so you can adventure off to Neverland. A Cast Member will write your name and the number of items you wish to store on a Hotel Bag Tag and hand you the tear-away portion. Be sure to take a picture of the tag just in case it gets misplaced. Afterward, take the complimentary
Walt Disney World Bus Service to Disney Springs because "the wilderness must be explored" or at least shopped.
If this is not an option after your arrival, then you may take your luggage to Disney Springs as long as it is not too cumbersome. Safety is important and Disney Springs is known for large crowds. There are many shaded places to stop with your luggage and you could take turns shopping while another member of your party stays with the luggage. I know there are outside companies that will help with luggage storage but I think you have a better option upon arrival to take it directly to your Resort hotel.
planDisney Pro Tip: Another idea for your arrival day is to pack a small day bag with bathing suits for lounging by the pool until your room is ready. Just store the rest of your luggage at Bell Services and relax along the side of the Big Blue Pool under the sun.
Denisse, please do not hesitate to stop back by
to see me for more Disney vacation planning assistance.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
