Is there a place at Riviera where we can drop our luggage before check-in so we can go to the parks?

Greetings Lisa, and welcome to planDisney!

It is always a joy to see a fellow Ohioan making plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. If you are like me you cannot wait to get to the parks as soon as possible.

I am pleased to tell you that as a Guest of Disney’s Riviera Resort, you can leave your luggage with bell services if you arrive before your room is ready. The Cast Members would be happy to hold it for you while you begin to take part in the World’s Most Magical Celebration

When you return to your resort after your first adventurous day, you can call Bell Services and they will bring your bags to you when you are ready. I was lucky enough to stay at Disney’s Riviera Resort on the day it opened and the one thing I was most excited about was Disney’s Skyliner. The views of the Walt Disney World Resort are spectacular from above. The gondolas are comfortable and expertly themed. This is my favorite way to travel to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

There are so many new experiences created for the 50th Anniversary Celebration, you will not want to miss out on some of my favorites. Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection will allow you to admire 50 golden statues of your favorite Disney Characters spread across all 4 theme parks. I also followed the 50th Anniversary Sips and Bites guide to all the special treats, entrees, and drinks offered as a part of the celebration.

I hope this helps with your planning and that you have a magical time!
