Lobby Concierge desk to enquire with Cast Members about any special Holiday-happenings that might be taking place within the Resort.
Angel, when considering businesses that administer ear piercing, I have to say that to the very best of my current knowledge, at this time there aren't any premises on Walt Disney World Resort property that provide this service for Guests.
My best suggestion would be for you to perhaps perform a
Google search using the term "
Ear piercing Walt Disney World Resort" to locate a suitable nearby vendor.
