    Is there a place to rent or purchase a charger for my Go-Go Elite Mobility Scooter? I lost mine in the parking lot at Coronado Springs Resort this Monday.

    Hi Janet! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm so sorry to hear that you lost the charger for your mobility scooter during your visit, but I am thrilled that you are on vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort right now! I hope you are having an amazing trip!

    To replace or rent a charger, I suggest contacting Disney's preferred provider of Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs). The name of the company is ScooterBug and they can be reached at (800) 726-8284. As Disney's preferred provider, they can either bring the charger to you if they have it or hopefully put you into contact with someone that can. If you find that you are unable to get a replacement charger, ScooterBug can help arrange an ECV rental for the remainder of your stay if you need one.

    If you haven't already, you may want to call Disney's Coronado Springs Resort at (407) 939-1000 to see if another Guest turned your charger in at the Front Desk. You can also contact Lost and Found to see if they have your charger. I have always had a great experience with the Cast Members at the Lost and Found!
