Hello! Is there a place that lists what rides you can't use flash photography in? Or take any at all? I am trying to be prepared. Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer!

A girl after my own heart!  I bet you also "move all the way to the end of the row before taking your seat" when you enter a WDW show.  Walt Disney World wants everyone to enjoy their visit and has certain policies set in place so that EVERYONE gets the most out of their visit.  You will notice that Disney will politely remind visitors not to take flash photography if it is not allowed in certain attractions.  Regardless, you will find rule-breakers snapping their flashes all of the time.  So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for paying attention.

If you check out the individual rides on the official Walt Disney World website, a notation at the bottom of the page will alert you as to whether or not flash photography is permitted.  I'm so sorry that I couldn't find a list already in place!  It may be a little time consuming, but by checking out the website, you will be prepared.

So the next time you see someone taking a picture in the Haunted Mansion, feel free to tell them "Hey, Jackie said that you are ruining this for everyone else!!!!!"  Have fun and say cheese!

    Much pixie dust,

    Jackie S.
