How do I place a hold on a disneyland ticket

Hi there, Kathleen. Thanks for stopping by planDisney! It sounds like you have a visit scheduled that you may want to reschedule to a later date.

To modify or cancel your current Disneyland theme park reservation, log in to your MyDisney account on the Disneyland Resort website. Click the "Tickets & Parks" tab at the top of the page and select "Theme Park Reservations" in the drop-down menu. From there, select the blue "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button, and you'll see your current reservations under the "Upcoming Theme Park Reservations" section.  You can select "Modify Reservation" or "Cancel Reservation" next to the date you'd like to change. Kathleen, if you can't use your ticket by its expiration date, you can currently apply a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket.

Hopefully, this solved your question. However, if you have a more specific question, please reach out to the dedicated Tickets phone line to get help from a Cast Member. Be sure to have your ticket confirmation email handy when you call!

Kathleen, thanks so much for stopping by. Please visit us again with any other planning questions!

    Have a magical day,
    Melissa
