Is there any place I can go to see what rides are closed when we come in March?

Hi Grace!  Here are some closures going on in March around Walt Disney World.
    • Festival of the Lion King - closed January 5, 2014 going under a 6 month renovation
    • Splash Mountain - closed January 2, 2014 and will reopen sometime in March
    • Starting January 21, 2014 the monorails will not be running from 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. for scheduled maintenance.  The maintenance is scheduled through the end of March 2014.  There will be extra buses and boats available to accommodate the people who would normally take the monorail.

It looks like there are not too many closures during the month of March which is great for you! If you want to see a more detailed list try visiting and doing a quick search there.  They always seem to have a good list of closures.

    Enjoy your vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
