Is there a place where I can see a full list of disney world rides safe for pregnant women? Thank you

    Hello Veronica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are happy that you have found your way to us with such an important question.

I was fortunate to be able to travel to different places during both of my pregnancies, and I can tell you there is no travel destination like the Walt Disney World Resort for expectant mothers. I am always amazed at how they go above and beyond to accommodate all Guests and their different needs, so I am happy to share with you a list of attractions that currently have an Expectant Mothers Advisory.

However, depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy, I recommend evaluating which attractions may be more appropriate to accommodate your delicate cargo. It can be a bit dark inside some attractions, while others require Guests to step onto a moving walkway to board the ride like Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan’s Flight, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Spaceship Earth, among others, so always watch your step. Some may be a little too tight, like Astro Orbiter, or a bit more challenging to disembark, like Pirates of the Caribbean. Watch the lap bar at some attractions – the ghostly residents at Haunted Mansion are friendly and always close the lap bar for you, however they may not notice you are visiting with another soul. If you have any questions, talk to Cast Members at the entrance of the attractions and they will be happy to assist you.

Standing for long periods of time may also be difficult, so be sure to use FastPass+ service. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel you will have 60 days prior to your arrival to select your favorite attractions, and another great benefit is having access to Extra Magic Hours. If you are concerned about mobility, remember that wheelchairs and ECVs are available for rent at all four theme parks.

I also recommend drinking lots of water, eating healthy, and taking many breaks during the day. Make dining reservations for lunch to escape the midday heat, wear comfortable clothing and footwear, protect yourself from the sun, and please talk to your doctor before traveling, as she or he may have other recommendations for your particular case.

I hope this helps you while planning, Veronica! Please stop by real soon if you have more questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
