Welcome to planDisney Deborah!
It sounds like you are planning an amazing visit to Walt Disney World this holiday season. Enjoy all the decorations and
festivities of the season throughout the theme parks and resorts.
When booking your vacation, you will need to do a few steps to complete the process. First, you will want to check
Theme Park Availability for your travel dates. If you find your dates are available, you can purchase your
Theme Park Tickets, linking a ticket to each guest in your travel party. With a large party of 20, I would have each "family" book their own then you can link together with
Family & Friends.
After booking your tickets, you can make your
Theme Park Reservations. Around the holidays, some dates may sell out so secure your dates. These dates can be modified (based on availability) and changed if needed.
When you are 60 days out, you can book your
Dining Reservations. With such a large party, I suggest booking at exactly the 60 days, and break into 3 smaller parties. This will give you the best shot at getting all of you seated at the same time, even if not at one large table. You can save the big giant table for when you are at a Quick Service location or your resort's food court when this will be easier to accomplish.
So what else to put on your "to-do" list? Plan on something fun like matching shirts and get that perfect group photo at one of the theme parks. Stop at Guest Relations and you can all pick-up Celebration Buttons to celebrate your wonderful gathering. Whatever you do, make it fun!
Wishing you a magical visit to Walt Disney World!
